Can you believe you can buy them in a bag now? We used to have to make them in my day! Magenta was an obvious favourite for me.

Unreal. I made mine by taking a large child's Wednesday Adams costume and cutting it up with a kid's bride costume (from which I made the apron et. al.).
The fishnets, of course, came from my own drawer.

I took an old pair of work boots and spray painted them gold.
Oh, and Fredericks of Hollywood used to sell men's gold lamay briefs, which were just the ticket. voila. =)
